Welcome to Daysie’s Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.
2. Services Provided
Daysie’s Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:
Bond Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Hoarder Cleaning, Regular Cleaning (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), Window Cleaning, Fridge and Pantry Reorganisation, AirBnB Cleaning, Laundry Service, and NDIS Cleaning.
We service all of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.

Quotes provided are based on the information you supply. Any changes in scope or condition may affect the final price.

Payment must be made in full by the due date stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if payment is not received or circumstances beyond our control occur.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and cannot gain access to your property, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure safe access to the property and that all utilities (water, electricity) are available during the cleaning.

Valuables and fragile items should be secured or removed prior to the cleaning service.

For bond or end-of-lease cleans, the property must be vacant and free from furniture unless otherwise agreed.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of your service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
7. Liability

While every care is taken, Daysie’s Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that break due to instability or age.

We are fully insured, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for consequential losses, such as missed rental inspections or delays caused by third parties.
8. NDIS and Support Services
For clients receiving NDIS cleaning or support services, bookings and billing must comply with the participant’s NDIS plan and provider requirements.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
Daysie’s Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
