At Daysie’s Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds or service adjustments may apply.
2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will:

Revisit and rectify any reasonable concerns at no extra cost, or

Offer a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Refunds or re-cleans will only be provided if the concern is directly related to the quality of our service and not due to pre-existing conditions, damage, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking with no penalty.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee may apply, as time and resources have been allocated to your booking.

No access on arrival: If our team is unable to gain entry to the property, a call-out fee may be charged.
Refunds will not be issued for last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or incomplete access unless otherwise agreed.
4. Deposits and Prepaid Services
For some services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Prepaid services can be rescheduled (subject to availability) or transferred to another date with sufficient notice.
5. Bond Cleaning and Special Services
For bond cleans or specialised services, our work is guaranteed based on the scope of the agreed checklist.
Refunds will not be issued for services completed in full where results are impacted by factors such as:

Damage or staining that cannot be removed with reasonable cleaning methods

Access restrictions or incomplete property readiness

Additional work requested after completion
